The Hypnotic Journey

Be guided on a deeply relaxing meditative journey where you can access the extraordinary resources within your SUBCONSCIOUS for the purpose of healing and wellbeing - of mind, body & soul. This is a beautiful self-care practice to "tune-up and re-centre" the being.

These group meditations are designed to explore and support your inner world. Just as we take time to shower and cleanse our outer body everyday, it is equally important to take the time to cleanse the inner body. For this is what filters the outer world and gives rise to our individual experience of reality!

Suitable for beginners, seasoned meditators and everything in between, this deep and powerful journey will help clear what no longer serves you and activate the energies, skills, gifts and talents lying dormant in the subconscious that support you moving forward on a more aligned path. 

A unique theme is intuited every session and is delivered through :

- Guided hypnotic meditation's & visualisation's

- Sound (voice, sound bowls, shamanic drum & more)

- Energy cleansing, activation's 

- & more!

What to bring:  Water bottle, pillow (optional) & a journal to note any insights. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. Please bring an extra blanket if you tend to get cold.
